Ever fine-tune your own grave?
Maybe it takes a special kind of person, but in any case I have a special knack for fine-tuning myself into very deep holes. Just when I’ve got a project almost done, I begin to look for areas to fine-tune. Now, knowing myself, that’s when the alarm lights should go off in my head, but hey, I’m young and brilliant… just a little tweak there, a fine-tune there and… nooooooooOO! My website that used to work in Internet Explorer and Mozilla now looks like a kindergartener’s drawing in Mozilla!!!! booo-hoooooooOOOOOO Last night I worked 6 hours straight to fix what I did in 45 minutes! Now’s that’s an accomplishment… or something.
Well, I think I’ve learned my lesson… wonder how long it’ll stick with me! Any experiences of your own to share?
