We are fortunate in the fact that several of our friends who've bought houses decided to invest in hot tubs or pools (one has both and it sweeeet). But they are all (99.9%) single and do not want to just hang out most of the time. They want to meet girls, at bars....so that's where we go alot. Do they actually talk to girls while at said bars? Well, no, of course not. ugh. So the task of traditional house party (non-frat style) usually falls on us...and well, I don't like to clean that much. ;) In our case, there is not a total lack of house parties.
